Practice 01
GTM Practice
For startups that have something to sell but aren't selling it at scale — or are selling it the hard way.
What We Work On
- →ICP definition and segmentation — who you're actually selling to and why
- →Pricing strategy — model selection, anchoring, discounting guardrails
- →Sales process design — from first touch to close, with a repeatable playbook
- →Channel strategy — inbound, outbound, partnerships, PLG
- →Revenue operations — CRM setup, pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy
- →GTM hiring — defining what the first sales hire should look like
Who the Experts Are
Best Suited For
- →Post-product, pre-PMF startups trying to find what works
- →Companies with traction but no repeatable sales motion
- →Founders who are the only salesperson and need to change that
- →Teams preparing a GTM narrative for investor diligence
Typically starts with: A 2-hour diagnostic to map your GTM motion and identify the single biggest constraint on revenue.

AI Adoption Practice
For startups that know AI matters but haven't figured out where it fits — in their product, operations, or team.
What We Work On
- →AI readiness assessment — where you are, what's missing, what's realistic
- →Use-case identification — highest-ROI places to apply AI in your business
- →Tool selection and implementation — LLMs, automation, co-pilots
- →AI-native workflow design — rebuilding ops and support processes around AI
- →Product AI integration — embedding features your customers will actually use
- →Build vs. buy vs. wrap — vendor and API evaluation
Who the Experts Are
Best Suited For
- →Startups being asked by investors "what's your AI story"
- →Ops-heavy businesses that could cut cost significantly with automation
- →Founders who want AI in the product but don't know where to start
- →Teams spending too much time on tasks that should be automated
Typically starts with: A 3-hour AI audit — your stack, workflows, and product surface area, returned as a prioritised opportunity list.
₹2,500 / hr · from walletPractice 03
Technology Practice
For startups where the tech is holding back the business — or about to — and the team needs a senior engineering voice they don't have on payroll.
What We Work On
- →Tech stack review and architecture advisory — will it scale?
- →Build vs. buy decisions — when to use off-the-shelf and when to build
- →Engineering team structure — hiring plan and reporting for 5–25 people
- →DevOps and infrastructure — cloud cost, CI/CD, deployment hygiene
- →Security and compliance baseline — before DD exposes the gaps
- →Fractional CTO advisory — ongoing technical leadership without a full-time hire
Who the Experts Are
Best Suited For
- →Non-technical founders who need a trusted technical voice
- →Startups approaching Series A where tech DD will be rigorous
- →Companies with mounting technical debt they're afraid to look at
- →Teams evaluating a major infrastructure decision
Typically starts with: A 2-hour tech audit — architecture, codebase practices, infra, and team structure returned as a plain-language assessment.

Scope of Engagement
Clear on what we do.
Clearer on what we don't.
What We Handle
- ✓
Deal structuring and documentation
Term sheet framing, instrument selection, SHA, SPA, subscription agreements, board resolutions — drafted and reviewed.
- ✓
CA and CS coordination
Statutory filings, compliance sign-offs, audit support. We work with your CA/CS or bring ours in.
- ✓
GTM, AI, and Technology advisory
Hours-based access to domain experts across three practices. Deployed based on your current bottleneck.
- ✓
Financial reporting and cadence
MIS format design, quarterly preparation (Builder), and monthly fractional CFO engagement (Operator).
- ✓
PBLV deal pipeline consideration
Qualifying deals are reviewed for our portfolio pipeline. No guarantee — this is a consideration, not a commitment.
What We Do Not Do
- ✕
Fundraising
We do not pitch investors on your behalf or manage investor outreach. That is a different mandate entirely.
- ✕
Guaranteeing funding
Pipeline consideration is a structured review — not a promise. If anyone tells you otherwise, walk away.
- ✕
SEBI-regulated investment advisory
We advise on transaction structure and execution — not on whether you should raise, at what valuation, or from whom.
- ✕
Business strategy or market validation
We assume you know what you're building. Our engagement starts when you've decided to move — not before.
Success-Fee Engagements
When an expert wants to
bet on your outcome.
Operator subscribers get first access when an expert is ready to commit to an outcome — not just their time.
How It Works
An expert proposes a deeper engagement — a light monthly retainer plus a share of a defined, measurable outcome. You accept or decline. No pressure from PBLV either way.
What Outcomes Look Like
Revenue generated above an agreed baseline. CAC reduced below a defined target. A senior hire placed within a timeline. A product milestone hit. The metric is agreed in the SOW before any work begins.
PBLV's Role
PBLV takes a platform fee on closed outcomes. Operator subscribers are first in the queue. Not guaranteed — prioritised. All engagements governed by a separate SOW signed by the company, the expert, and PBLV.
